I started NeuroWell because too many patients told me the same story: long waitlists, rushed visits, and care that felt like a checklist. We built a smaller practice on purpose, one where people we see don't get lost between appointments.

Do you take my insurance? We’re in-network with most major insurance companies including Aetna, Cigna, Evernorth, and Humana. Out-of-network superbills available on request. Self-pay rates listed on our pricing page.
How fast can I be seen? Most new patients are scheduled within a week. Same-week intake is the rule, not the exception.
Is this telehealth only? Yes — we see patients across California by secure video. Two physical offices in Orange and Arroyo Grande support hybrid care when needed.
Do you prescribe controlled medications? When clinically appropriate and consistent with California law. We do not prescribe controlled substances at the first visit.
Do you see teens? Yes — ages 17+. A parent or legal guardian completes intake for minors and joins the first visit.
What if I’m in crisis? NeuroWell isn’t an emergency service. Call or text 988, or 911 for medical emergencies. We can follow up afterward.
