Yes! We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telepsychiatry appointments, so you can receive care from the comfort and privacy of your home.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept some major insurance plans. Please contact our office or check our insurance page to see if your plan is currently accepted. If you’re uninsured or prefer not to use insurance, we also offer private pay options.

What can I expect during my first appointment?
Your initial appointment typically lasts 30–60 minutes and includes a thorough review of your mental health history, current symptoms, and treatment goals. Together, you and your provider will create a personalized care plan, which may include medication, therapy, or both.

How do I schedule an appointment?
You can book an appointment directly through our website or call our office. We offer flexible scheduling, and new patient appointments are often available within a week.

What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $50 fee.

Can I get a refill on my medication without an appointment?
In most cases, medication refills require a brief check-in with your provider to ensure safety and effectiveness. We make every effort to schedule these follow-ups in a timely manner.

Do you treat children or adolescents?
At this time, we focus on treating adults (18+), but we’re happy to provide referrals for child and adolescent psychiatry if needed.

How often will I need to be seen?
This depends on your unique needs and treatment plan. Some clients meet monthly, while others benefit from more frequent follow-ups at the beginning of care.

Is everything I share confidential?
Absolutely. Your privacy is a top priority. All information shared with your provider is confidential and protected under HIPAA regulations, with exceptions only in situations involving safety or legal requirements.
